Definitivamente que Carlos Fernando Chamorro Barrios vive la época dorada de su vida. Este señor, de forma muy hábil, encontró la clave de recibir buena plata de muchos gobiernos y organismos mundiales con el cuento de que en Nicaragua la libertad de expresión está sesgada, a pesar de que en los medios que controla con financiamiento del exterior, dice lo que le da la gana.
Chamorro Barrios, a través del Consejo de Investigaciones de la Comunicación, CINCO, maneja incontables proyectos que son financiados generosamente por organismos y gobiernos de muchos países del mundo, los cuales hemos venido destapando a medida de nuestras posibilidades.
Otro documento que nos filtraron revela que Chamorro, a nombre de CINCO, le pidió a un organismo del gobierno del Reino Unido, 66 mil 571 dólares con 67 centavos para financiar un proyecto de cuatro meses sobre los medios y la gobernabilidad de Nicaragua.
